RETURNS
It is possible to make a return no later than 10 working days from the delivery of the package. We advise you to write an email to info@ecclesiashop.com or via whatsapp on +39 320 958 93 85.
Expenses related to the returned product are borne by the customer. We do not manage delivery flows from a foreign country to Italy. The cost of the return will be calculated by your nearest delivery center present in your country.
Beyond the free return terms (10 business days) there will be an additional fee of 10€ for handling and returning the order.
The product can only be returned if the item in question has not been washed or ironed. Accessories such as heel tags and labels must have remained attached to the garment. Refunds will be refused for any items that do not comply with these instructions.
REFUNDS
The refund process is activated if the ordered product has suffered damage or is simply faulty. Please attach the images of the product to the request via email or via WhatsApp.
The repayment times depend on the payment platforms, we cannot guarantee a precise timing. Usually within 3-5 business days you will see the money back in your account.

For all those orders that have as destination small islands such as Ischia , Capri , Procida , Ponza , Elba Island , Tremiti Islands , Aeolian Islands , Favignana , Pelagie Islands ( Lampedusa ) we are unable to guarantee the same national delivery times as the shipper makes use of local couriers who deliver the packages according to sea conditions.

Customs fees and export costs, including those borne by the DHL carrier, are the responsibility of the end customer. The payment of customs duties is made through an email sent directly by DHL.
